I am a UKCP accredited, integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and supervisor and registered member of the BACP. 

 

I am professionally trained to help you explore areas in your life that need attention in a safe, non-judgemental and facilitative way. 

 

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a number of therapeutic models and frameworks that support me to meet your needs on an individual basis.  

I have worked with individuals from a range of cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds, in counselling services in IAPT, NHS, Mind and workplace counselling services.  I am a registered BUPA counsellor.
