I am a qualified, integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
I am professionally trained to help you explore areas in your life that need attention in a safe, non-judgemental and facilitative way.
I draw on a number of therapeutic models and frameworks that enable me to meet your needs on an individual basis.
In our sessions I am likely to use elements of psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment and relational practices.
I have worked with individuals from a range of cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds, in the private, public and charity sectors. I have worked with people in workplace counselling services and in IAPT, NHS and mental health counselling services.
I am a registered member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I trained at the Minster Centre in London and have a MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. You can find me listed in the Counselling Directory.
I have a Certificate in Supervision (Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy) and City and Guilds Award in Education and Training (Level 3).
